Call behavior actions

A call behavior action directly invokes a behavior (activity, interaction).

 

The "Call behavior action" dialog box contains four tabs - "Properties", "Notes", "Tagged values" and "Stereotypes".  For information on these standard dialog box tabs, please see "Standard dialog box tabs".

The "Properties" tab of the "Call behavior action" dialog box is used to enter and modify values for a call behavior action.

Key:

·         "Name": This is the name of the call behavior action or the name of the called behavior if it exists.

·         "Is synchronous": If true, this specifies whether the caller waits for completion of the invoked behaviour or proceeds immediately and does not expect a return value.

·         "Called behavior": This specifies the behaviour (activity, interaction) that will be called.
