Exclusive gateways

An "ExclusiveGateway" is used when a process flow divides into two or more flows. As the process plays out, only one of these flows is used (XOR).

Flows leaving from an ExclusiveGateway are "ConditionalFlows" and "DefaultFlows".

The "Common" tab of the "ExclusiveGateway" dialog box is used to enter general information relative to an "ExclusiveGateway".

Key:

· "Name": This field represents the name of the gateway.

· "XOR Type": This field represents the type of condition managed by the gateway. It can have one of the following values:

o Data

o Event
