Start messages

A "StartMessage" is a message type event that start the process flow. It represents a message sent by one of the participants that triggers the process.

The "StartMessage" dialog box contains two tabs: "Common" and "Parameter".

The "Common" tab of the "StartMessage" dialog box is used to enter general information relative to the "StartMessage".

Key:

· "Name": This field represents the name of the message.

· "From": This field represents the type of the entity sending the message. It can have one of the following values:

o Role

o Entity

· "From Name": This field represents the name of the message sender.

· "To": This field represents the type of the entity receiving the message. It can have one of the following values:

o Role

o Entity

· "To Name": This field represents the name of the message receiver.

· "Content": This field contains the body of the message.

· "Implementation": This field is used to enter an implementation method for the message. It can have one of the following values:

o WebService

o Other

o None
