Uninstalling Objecteering on Windows

To uninstall Objecteering from your Windows platform, carry out the following steps:

1. Go into the Windows control panel ("Start/Settings/Control panel").

2. Select "Add/Remove programs".

3. Select your Objecteering installation (this may be Objecteering 6.01.xx, Objecteering Client 6.01.xx or Objecteering Free Edition, depending on what type of installation you have), and click on the "Add/Remove" button to start the uninstallation procedure.

Uninstalling Objecteering on Linux

To uninstall Objecteering from your Linux platform, run one of the following commands, according to the type of installation you have:

· To uninstall a server installation: In the super-user account, run the "rpm -e Objecteering61" command.

· To uninstall a client installation: In the super-user account, run the "rpm -e ObjecteeringClient61" command.

Reinstalling with the same site number

If you are reinstalling using the same site number (which figures in the license file), you must save the "site" directory in order to subsequently copy its contents into the new installation directory.
