Creating a contextual menu

When you create commands, you can choose to make them accessible through a dedicated contextual menu. This contextual menu, a dedicated sub-menu named from the name of the MDA component, displays the list of available commands automatically filtered according to the type (metaclass) of element selected.

To create a contextual menu, carry out the steps shown in Figure 182.

Steps:

1.      Select the “GUI extensions” folder and click on the  Create the contextual menu” button.

2.      Drag and drop the created commands from the explorer into the command zone in the dialog box that is displayed. The order of commands in the dialog box list defines the order in which the commands will be displayed in the context menu.  This can be modified.
