Exporting a pattern

To export a pattern, carry out the steps:

1. Position yourself in the pattern's template package.

2. Click on the button defined in the “MDA” tab. This command is used to save the pattern after checking its definition syntax. The “Export pattern” window then appears.

3. In this window, select the location where the pattern is to be saved (either locally in the “<$objing_install/patterns>” directory, in a personalized directory specified by the pattern designer, or at server level in the “<$objing_install_server/patterns>” directory, according to the type of MDA Modeler installation).

After confirming by clicking on the “OK” button, the pattern is immediately exported to the location indicated.
