Testing your diagram template
Create a model
As you have probably noticed, when you create a J MDA component, a folder named “Test project” is automatically created within the J MDA component. We are now going to use this folder to generate diagrams on a model.
Start by creating the following model within the “Test project” folder:

Testing the “Generate diagrams” command
To check the “Generate diagrams” command defined inside the “DiagramTemplateComponent” J MDA component, carry out the steps shown in Figure 74 below.

Steps:
1. In the explorer, right-click on the “TestPackage” package you have created in the “Test project” folder. The context menu then appears.
2. Run the “DiagramTemplateComponent/Generate diagrams” command.
The results of this operation are as follows:
· A diagram for each package is created.
· Within each diagram, classes and public attributes are unmasked with the colors defined in the diagram template.
