Using shortcuts

 

The following keyboard shortcuts are available in Objecteering:

Selects all elements in the diagram.

Ctrl C

Copies the selected element.

Ctrl D

Moves the selected element down one level.

Ctrl E

UML 2.0 diagrams and UML 1.4 diagrams

Shows the contents of the selected element.

Ctrl F

UML 2.0 diagrams, UML 1.4 diagrams and explorers

Launches the search function.

Shift K

UML 2.0 diagrams

Shows the keyword associated with the selected element.

Ctrl M

UML 2.0 diagrams and UML 1.4 diagrams

Masks the selected element.

Shift N

UML 2.0 diagrams

Shows the full namespacing of the selected element.

Ctrl P

UML 1.4 diagrams

Prints the current diagram.

Ctrl R

UML 1.4 diagrams

Masks the contents of the selected element.

Ctrl S

UML 2.0 diagrams, UML 1.4 diagrams and explorers

Carries out a save operation.

Shift S

UML 2.0 diagrams

Shows the stereotypes belonging to the selected element.

Shift T

UML 2.0 diagrams

Shows the tagged values belonging to the selected element.

Ctrl U

Moves the selected element up one level.

Ctrl V

Pastes the selected element.

Shows the visibility of the selected element.
