Scope Manager icons in Word

 

The following table describes the function of each of the icons which appear when the "Objecteering Scope Model.dot" model is attached to a Word document.

mark an element in a Word document as being a requirement container.

mark an element in a Word document as being a requirement.

mark an element in a Word document as being a dictionary.

mark an element in a Word document as being a term.

mark an element in a Word document as being a goal container.

mark an element in a Word document as being a goal.

mark an element in a Word document as being a business rule container.

mark an element in a Word document as being a business rule.

manage the properties of your marked elements.

delete a marker indicating that an element in a Word document is an Objecteering Scope element.

view and manage the hierarchy of your marked elements.

jump from the element selected in the Word document to the same element in the hierarchy window.

launch the generation of the XML file.

open the "Modify XML file generated" window, in which you can change the name and/or location of the XML file generated.

show elements marked as being Objecteering Scope elements.

mask elements marked as being Objecteering Scope elements.
